From June 9th to 27th, 2025, seven key teachers from six secondary vocational schools in Ningbo City completed a 15-day operational practice on a Russian cross-border e-commerce platform at Zhejiang Yiluyou Cross-border Trade Service Co., LTD. From theory to practical operation, from product selection to order placement, teachers have been deeply rooted in the front line of enterprises. Starting from scratch, they have completed the entire process of OZON platform store construction, product listing and operation, achieving a magnificent transformation from "classroom lecturers" to "practical experts". With solid achievements, they have facilitated the seamless connection between e-commerce teaching in secondary vocational schools and the demands of enterprises.

Focus on the Russian market and hone practical skills

This practice centered on the Russian e-commerce platform OZON, where teachers systematically learned the full-chain operation skills including store registration, product selection analysis, logistics management, and compliance declaration. Unlike regular training, this practice was a real "e-commerce battlefield". Under the guidance of enterprise mentors, the seven teachers were divided into two groups. They worked in teams and successfully completed store registration, listed 12 products and achieved effective sales during the practice period. At the same time, they established a full-chain cost accounting model covering procurement, logistics, platform commissions, etc. The product rating has been optimized from the initial 25 points to a full score of 100 points. In addition, the teachers also visited the Central and Eastern European exhibition hall and the e-commerce live streaming base, further broadening their understanding of the cutting-edge aspects of the cross-border e-commerce industry.

The integration of industry and education empowers teaching innovation

As the first pilot enterprise for the standardization of cross-border e-commerce comprehensive service platforms in Ningbo City, Zhejiang Yiluyou Company has provided teachers with real cross-border operation scenarios and a team of experienced mentors. Through school-enterprise cooperation, the company helps teachers master practical skills, feed back enterprise experience to vocational education, and cultivate more high-quality skilled talents for the industry. At the same time, in response to the common compliance pain points faced by cross-border e-commerce sellers, it provides systematic theoretical explanations and typical case analyses. Enable teachers to gradually build a clear compliance cognition framework covering the three dimensions of "policy - implementation - risk" in key areas such as the interpretation of platform rules, key points of the implementation of national cross-border e-commerce policies, and the boundaries of intellectual property compliance management. Hu Xuena from Ningbo Vocational Education Center School, as the study group leader of this practical activity, expressed her deep feelings: "This practice has made us deeply realize that e-commerce teaching in secondary vocational schools must be seamlessly connected with the demands of enterprises." In the future, we will integrate the operation cases of the OZON platform into the classroom and promote the joint construction of practice bases by schools and enterprises to create more practical opportunities for students.
